Today, one more time, we will bring to you one more villa design in this country.  Black Beauty Tierra Villa is an impressive modern residence located in the Black Beauty Village in Ostional, Costa Rica. The villa spreads over 2,992 square foot. The villa features three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and has unique surrounding landscapes.

Located at the base of the San Jacinto Mountains in the Mesa neighborhood of Palm Springs, California, the El Portal is a chic villa with the most comforts and modern home which is dream of many people.
The chic villa spreads over 3000 square feet indoor living area and a gated ¼ acre lot offering great views of the Mountains toward the west and of the Coachella Valley while also ensuring protection and safety for the inhabitants. The gate opens to a large courtyard and there is a garage which can host two automobiles, while the left side of the courtyard offers an expansive green area.
